| After-School Clubs Work to develop and coordinate PTSA-sponsored after-school programs in partnership with Flex Academies. Flex Academies provides nearly all the heavy lifting here. The PTSA person is more of a coordinator and liaison between Flex and the school. Primary responsibility is advertising clubs and encouraging sign-ups. |

| Secret Snowman (special committee) Use a form to gather information from all staff about their likes, dislikes, hobbies, etc. Create online sign-up sheet for parents to become a Secret Snowman for a randomly assigned staff member in December. Collect gifts (gift cards, small items) from the Secret Snowmen and distribute to staff. This is a fun and very appreciated committee. |
